Gina Schaal

Broker Associate of Century 21 Pro Team is a True Negotiator.
Gina is a lifetime resident of Will County and a Graduate of Lockport Township High School. She is married and the mother of two daughters and presently lives in Crest Hill, IL. Being a self starter, Gina is highly motivated to assist buyers and sellers in all of their real estate needs.
One of her best assets to clients is her negotiating skills that allows her sellers to realize on average 97% of their asking price, Buyers only pay on average 88% of asking price. "I was a born negotiator. I am the middle child between two brothers who were always at odds with each other. My friends call me the Voice of Reason and I don't mind that definition of me. It's just part of my character and another way that I can help my clients"
Gina with her husband have personal experience with renovating an older home in Joliet's Historical Cathedral area. Having knowledge of New and Old homes is invaluable when it comes to determining true value in a home. Using this knowledge in helping a buyer or homeowner determine the types of updates that are needed to increase value as well as functionality of a home is most important when looking to buy or sell any home. Thorough and comprehensive research is an integral part of a Comparative Market Analysis and without it you are only seeing a small part of the picture. Gina's approach is personalized to each of her clients needs.
Advanced computer skills enables her to utilize the latest technology and capitalize on those buyers coming to the internet first to find a home.
Gina has been a licensed Real Estate agent since January 2002 and a licensed Real Estate Broker since July 2004. Previous experience includes more than 15 years Retail Management and 2+ years working for residential developers in Will County.
Gina has practical hands on experience with computer technology and worked in the Illinois Department of Corrections, Juvenile Division from 1987-1993 as a Youth Supervisor II and completed the training as a computer specialist and Evidence custodian. 2 Letters of Commendation were awarded for the Thorough and Comprehensive Audits that Gina conducted in a 2 year span. Gina went on to work as a Computer Tech for a local elementary school until she earned her Real Estate License.
